McDowell Mountain Golf Club

Scottsdale, AZ

McDowell Mountain Golf Club, formerly Sanctuary Golf Course, is only the 17th Golf Course in the world to earn the Audubon Signature designation.  For a golf course to earn the Audubon Signature designation, it has to merge wildlife conservation, habitat enhancement, resource conservation, and environmental improvement with the economic agenda associated with the development.

Bristling with wildlife and Sonoran desert plants, McDowell Mountain Golf Club provides native scenery to fill the senses.  This course has become one of the premier public golf courses in the Valley. This Scottsdale golf gem shines even brighter after undergoing a massive golf course enhancement and renovation in 2011. This renovation included making many of the playing corridors wider, created additional waste bunkers and added additional teeing areas.
