This master-planned community is adjacent to one of the Tulsa metro area’s finest private golf courses, Cedar Ridge Country Club. The 130-acre site provides a higher quality of life for the residents with its serene setting. The master plan was separated into three phases offering a variety of housing styles from lakeside villas to large estate homes. The home sites are placed with excellent views of the golf course or one of the many greenbelts and lakes around the property. With the success of the completed Phase I, planning and construction detailing happened on Phase II, which completed in 2009.
