PDG was hired to complete the planning and amenity design for this development in Northwest Arkansas. Along with the planning of the community, PDG designed the entry features and walks. The goal of the developers was to create a place that you could raise a young family, jump-start your career, or enjoy the reward of your retirement. This is a gated community where people not only live, work, and play, but build relationships, put down roots, and get involved in a way that creates a better quality of life for themselves, their neighbors, and the community at large. The centerpiece of Scissortail amenities is the club house and pool areas. PDG designed a space that residents gather to relax with neighbors or host private parties in luxurious surroundings. The design includes sports courts, two pools, fire pits, and more, adjacent to a complete indoor clubhouse.
