Taking their inspiration from Italian farmhouses in Tuscany, developers J. Donald Walker and Rick Ellison have brought that timeless appeal to Tulsa in The Villas of Tuscany. The gated community, consisting of 40 lots, is located at 121st Street and Yale Avenue. PDG was hired to provide planning and the design of the gated entry features. Taking inspiration from the Italian farmhouses in Tuscany, that the developers modeled this after, we designed a one-of-a-kind entry into this inviting community. Every detail radiates “Tuscany”. Nothing was left undetailed, including the stucco, the brick, the stone work, water feature, roof materials, and planting design. Villas at Tuscany has it all.
