As part of the Downtown Master Plan project, the city of Bixby worked with PDG to create an event park in downtown Bixby that would not only provide recreation opportunities, but also pay tribute to the history of the community, and serve as a catalyst for redevelopment within the city's Downtown River District.

Park features include a playground, interactive water feature, seating areas, event lawn, event pavilion, and food court plaza. The park design also includes revamped vehicular circulation and parking that allows for easy street closings for events like the annual Bixby Green Corn Festival, and the interactive fountain serves as both a park entry feature and splash pad and play area.
