Oklahoma City’s City Hall Lawn project was part of the OKC Downtown MAPS Economic Development project Plan Initiative. The park is located on the grounds surrounding City Hall. PDG worked with the City, the design team, and built off the overall design concept developed during the Bicentennial Park project. The project work included: renovating and reconstructing the existing water feature, the design and construction detailing of walls, berms, sculptures, trees, landscape features, site furnishings, architectural elements, lighting, signage, enhanced pedestrian circulation, plazas, and open lawn areas. All with the Bicentennial Park Project, these design elements work together to create a space that pays tribute to the history of the Oklahoma City, while looking toward the City’s bright future.
