PDG is currently working on the mixed-use North of Market (NOMA) project located at the corner of 11th and Lewis. The project will serve as the catalyst for future redevelopment for the up and coming “Market District” in Tulsa. The project budget is estimated to be $35 Million. The plaza at the heart of the project seamlessly routes pedestrian and vehicular traffic by delineating paths with landscape and hardscape elements. The design intent is to be the “living room” for the Route 66 corridor through Tulsa for both the apartment residents and retail, restaurant guests. PDG is also designing the resort style pool area with multi-level decks incorporating outdoor kitchen areas multiple gathering areas.
