Planning Design Group worked with the city of Muskogee to design a master plan featuring two youth football fields, girls' and adult softball fields, baseball facilities for multiple age groups, a water park area, a soccer complex, and related parking and support facilities.

With eight softball and ten baseball fields, the park hosts state-level baseball and softball events. The project was built in multiple phases with a budget that exceeded $5 million.
