PDG was selected to create a lakeside luxury resort atmosphere which were part of a larger project including an indoor pool, 6,800 S.F. Outdoor pool with spa and swim up bar, and landscape design. An expansive deck with chaise, cabanas, fire bowls, and deck houses for beverage services; these were all part of developing an all-inclusive plan. Planning Design Group prepared initial concept renderings through construction documents. After completion of the resort, the owner planned to create The Anchor, a multi-sport recreational area for guests and members. The design includes USTA Standard Tennis Courts, Regulation Pickle Ball Courts, a Basketball Court, a replica Mini Fenway Park Wiffle Ball Field, Volleyball Court, and Playground. This facility also includes a building which will include indoor sports games, simulators, a bar area, and other recreational and food opportunities. The facility opened in the Summer of 2021.
