PDG was selected by Pryor Main Street to conceptualize and present a Master Plan for Downtown Pryor. The project focuses on Graham Avenue and Adair Street as the axis and thoroughfares for the Downtown District of Pryor. Through the concept process, PDG conducted several community input meetings and presentations for downtown business and property owners to help garner support and direction for the Master Plan. Following community input, PDG presented the conceptual master plan that implemented improved pedestrian circulation, site furnishings, landscaping, parking alignments, and monument signage throughout the designated downtown area. These improvements focus on promoting downtown businesses and events to bring the community into the downtown core. Ultimately, the master plan is to help visualize this reality for the Pryor community and begin the process for funding and grant applications. PDG is currently working toward cost estimating the proposed improvements and consulting the city through the initial steps of the ODOT Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant process as a possible funding source for the project
