PDG used key public facilities and attractions to develop a mixed-use Arts & Entertainment Master Plan that includes residential, hotel, retail, office, and restaurant spaces, all organized around new pedestrian-friendly streetscaping and a central urban park dubbed Depot Green.

Facilities here include the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, Three Rivers Historical Museum, and Muskogee Little Theater.

New gateway entry markers create identifiable district access points and a distinct, identifiable brand for the area.
