The city of Stillwater owns two under-utilized yet significant blocks in downtown Stillwater near the OSU campus.

One block is vacant, ready for development of the only downtown hotel, and a new mixed-use project; the second block houses an historic junior high school and auditorium used by the Stillwater community for grassroots performing arts, training classes, and other community programs.

The city hired the consultant team of PDG, ADG, and Pegasus Planning and Development to determine the highest-impact and best use for these two sites.
